Someones done there homework! Only thing 5 or 6 meals is good for is spreading out your macros needed for the day as 1-2 meals a day and trying to fit in all your macros is not optimal.

Definitely do not agree with this...there are alot of bad foods...especially processed ones. Your body is what you make it...you are what you eat. Consume foods that are closest to nature and reap the rewards....Lean meats like turkey chop meat and chicken breast, healthy fats like olive oil nuts and avocado, healthy carbs…

Well depending on your tastes in music...i tend to run to sets of music...usually different genres of house music and the sets usually run anywhere from 45 min to 2 hours of non stop great songs. If your interested message me for some great djs and where to download there music for free.

No proven studies that say that any amount will really cause and harm according to articles ive read. My protien intake for my clean bulk is almost double that of which i normal take in . Youll be fine going over the suggested calculated amount.

Its a good place to start. Wiegh yourself on a sunday at around the same time every 2 weeks and see how your progress is going... I am no expert, but i think you should do the math and figure out your bmr...and from that determine your total daily energy expendeture(tdee) based on the activity you do daily to give you a good estimate of what your calories should be and then figure out your breakdown of macros from that. Burning 400 calories at work…

It really is fantastic. No guilt to it either...makes the cottage cheese into a pudding consistancy and its amazing. definitly try it. Im always coming up with stuff like this to cure my sweet tooth lol.

heres what i do for an ausome snack. 1/2 cup 1% friendship cottage cheese plain...1/3 cup almond milk unsweetned vanilla...add jello fat free sugar free of your choice in blender...Instant pudding. YUM chocolate...vanilla..pichaccio,strawberry...

That sounds quite high for a tdee. What did you use to calculate it? You need to do the math based on your hieght wieght and age for your bmr, then calculate your tdee based on your estimated activity level. 3000 really sounds quite excessive.
