Healthy Chocolate Pudding

1/2 skinned avocado
1 large ripe banana
1 cup almond milk (sweetened, vanilla or unsweetened. Nutrition info is for sweetened)
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder or cacao powder
2 dates, pitted
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
garnish with shredded coconut

Put everything in a blender, blend until smooth.

Makes 3 large servings.

    oooo i must try this. i just add a packet of swiss miss Diet (25 cal) to my oatmeal in the mornings, tastes just like choc pudding

    edit: what purpose do the dates serve? just for sweetness?

    I would assume so, could definitely leave them out
