If u want to run for days put on dj tiestos in search of sunrise cd 4 on. If u wanna kill the weights.....rob bailey and the hustle stands is a good place to start along with a day to remember, rise against, flyleaf, fireflight, and of course linkin park.

Throw in my 2 personal favorites (Rob Zombie and Slayer) and that is all I need.

Of course, this is 24/7/365 music, not just for workouts...

You know, I like rock but I don't have a very large knowledge of it. I really wish I had more "hardcore" songs on my mp3 player. All I've got now is "Smash the Control Machine" by Otep, "Heads Will Roll" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, "Barracuda" by Heart a bit of Linkin' Park, Queen and some instrumentals. If anyone could suggest some good songs, that'd be great.

I typically listen to pop and R&B with a strong melody (MJ, Chaka Khan, Mariah Carey, TLC), Jpop/Kpop , hip-hop and orchestrated/instrumental tunes. I love the music I listen to, but I'd like to expand my library, especially for working out.
