for the squat and kick (fusion lower body) ones, I have to stop looking at the tv because they go to fast and its frustrating for me. I lose my balance as well. you can do it and who knows, maybe someday youll be on the infomercial!

I dont have a heart rate monitor since alot of people I know that have them have noticed the same thing that you have. They just seem to be off. Although, more power to you if you really did burn that much!!!

I havent gotten there yet :) Theres been a few times where Ive yelled at the tv "no, i will not do it" Good for you on being able to push yourself! Alot of the jumping type moves make me too dizzy so often times I'll job in place just so that Im still doing something but sitting there

Im starting with 3# the first time I do each one to see how many reps i can get it and then once i either dont feel it the next few days or do have a hard time accomplishing more reps, Ill switch to 5# and so on. I think you only get the total body transformation (not the 10 minute one) if you bought the advanced package. I figure on those days if i do the 10 minute and the abs or the stretch itll count "kinda" ....better than not doing anything (which i seem to do around thursday or friday). trying to do all 6 days this week

hi! :) I did day 1 yesterday. min soreness today so Im thinking I went too light on the hand weights, but while doing the lifting I could feel it.
