  • Would love to join in... Like many others, I'm new to this and lack motivation. Hopefully this will kick start me. Thanks! I walked one hour Saturday(3/3) at the Auction and two hours Sunday (3/4)at the Flea Market just to get out of the house, add some movement and enjoy the sunshine. I'll pledge to do 30 minutes a day.

  • There is a test for Celiac Disease which is caused by an allergy to Gluten. A simple blood test can diagnose this. I have multiple family members with this disease and I have seen changes in mood with the addition and removal of gluten from the diet. Hope you are feeling better soon .:smile:

  • I've mixed the whole wheat noodles with the plain old noodles as I don't care for the whole wheat by themself. It seems to break up the heavy texture of the whole wheat and I feel less guilty:)
