I'm always jealous of anybody who can run. I'm in physical therapy right getting my knees and hips taken care of so I can work up to running. So, hey, if you can, I think you're amazing. Don't pay attention to anybody else. :)

30 minutes of cardio a day can actually help with your depression. Maybe aim for that to begin with. There are also several sites where you can find some good and FREE workout videos. Yoga for Warriors is pretty intense. I also like the Inside Out Method Cardio Conditioning. I like all of his dvd's, truthfully, but those two are the ones I really remember feeling really exhausted after.

A cold shower works for me most of the time. I always had more itching on my hands and feet, and I found that icing those areas helped as well. What exactly is causing your itching? Dry skin? I'm also a woman, but curvy women definitely catch my eye. I like nice muscular legs, and a very toned butt. I'm heavier up top, so prefer a smaller chest. Basically, I like a woman who is fit and curvy.

I'm doing 1700 and eating back some of my exercise calories. I workout ON TOP of JMBR, though. I burn maybe 700-1000 calories 6x a week, and leave about a 700-900 calorie deficit at the end of the day. I hope all of that makes sense.
