When I was eating more than three times a day I had this same problem. Can't exactly carry a chicken breast around with you, right? Honestly, eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner keeps me full, but more importantly keeps my mind off of food. That being said, I usually carried a shaker bottle and some whey, nonfat string…

That will kill hormone regulation. Not to mention sanity.

I'd spend the $30 on meat, whatever is on sale. I'd probably go with 93/7 hamburger because its super cheap right now. But if you can get something fairly lean for under $3/lb, I'd go for that and just get used to the idea of having meat, rice, and salsa for the rest of the week.

I don't think it'll matter for weightloss as long as you are in a deficit. However, I think carbs are more muscle sparing than fat.

Yes, increasing your protein intake will cause gas. I went from an averaqe of about 60g/day to over 200g/day now. Few months of extra gas, but I think my body got used to it. I noticed it if I took shakes or not.

I hope the mouth gaurd helps you. I had one and it didn't do much. My next stop is a neuromuscular dentist. I've heard treatment can range from $1k-$45k depending on hour bad the bite is and how much reconstruction is needed. But, I've heard too many horror stories about the surgery for TMJ and many say it makes the pain…

Any in Tri-Glyceride form. It will say on the bottle, but the best rule of thumb is that any that has 300mg or less of Omega 3 per 1-1.2 gram pill will be triglyceride form. The other concentrates double strength etc will not.

Most multivitamins are junk, especially the ones sold at GNC and Drug stores. Even decent supplement brands (take Opti-Women by Optimum Nutrition as an example) use poor form factors. The two best I've seen for women are Source Naturals Life Force Women's and NOW foods EVE.
