  • Try reading. That helps me fall asleep. And even if you can't fall asleep straight away, you are still resting your body. I have also seen somewhere that you should avoid technology (tvs, computers, phones, etc) while sitting in bed waiting to fall asleep.

  • As what the previous posters have said. The type of nutrients in the food effects weight lose. If you head lots of high calorie foods, you will be hungry. If you eats foods low in calories, you will be able to eat more. Load up on veggies, great nutrients and low calories. Also they taste awesome! I eat reasonable well…

  • You're definitely not!. I also think really big arm muscle are gross as well... I love me some tradie muscles. You can see them, but not too big.. And they get them from actually working, not sitting in a gym looking at themselves!

  • I don't know about anyone else but I think mine look bigger (so does my boyfriend). I've lost 10 kilos (a little over 20 pounds)...   • I had a quick look at your diary. To me, it seems like you may be eating too much. You should also track your salt intake as that can effect water retention. I know it will be difficult to lower your calories, try just doing 100 or so per week til you are lower. That will give your body time to adjust and you might see the…
  • It's a bit hard to tell without your diary open. If you open it we will be able to see what sorts of food you have been eating. Is your diet high in anything inparticular (e.g. salt, fat). Maybe you need to cut back on these things.

  • Thats it. I ate so bad on the weekend aswell.. Going to try to be good this weekend and eat better and go to the gym... I'll see how I go. I'm sure when we put our minds to it we can do it!
  • Definitely didn't do well in the last week. Put on 100 grams. I guess it could have been worse. I will do better this week. I'm back going to the gym. So I should loose weight next week :)
