Weigh in for 29 June?
Is there a spreadsheet for the weigh in for Week 4 - 29 June? I didn't loose anything this week, actually put on about 200 gramms but i think that may have been because I've been to the gyms lots. Probably putting on muscle. I still feel like I'm getting thinner. Probably should do some measurements again.

I want to buy a heart rate monitor that calculates my calories burnt during a workout. What do others use? I would like one without a chest strap if its possible. Thanks :)

To gym or not
Ok... So I had a pretty intense workout last night and have got really sore muscles at the top of my legs and bottom.. Should I go to the gym? Would it help to ease the soreness or just make it worse?
