Thanks for that. I did the thing where I Measured my forearms, hips, waist, etc. But it didn't seem like I was doing it accurately.

Yep. Water = Weight loss! To be fair, I've always drunk about 3 litres a day anyway.

I may be a newbie with the calculator on here, but it is common knowledge that body builders require a much higher level of amino acid (derived from protein) to rebuild muscle. Ashy76 is taking the exact amount he probably should if he's hoping to build his muscles larger, which I imagine he is if he's a 'proper' body…

One other thing, I've noticed that when I add weight lifting in, it doesn't seem to minus off any calories. Surely, weight lifting burns calories?

Ah ok, I think I get it. Out of interest, why would I want to eat back the calories I burn off in exercise? Do I risk going into survival mode if I don't? This forum is amazing, I love you guys already! So good to know there's a place I come and find this stuff out. Many thanks.
