I forgot to put the time on here..10 min covered and 10-15 min uncovered. It will puff while cooking and collapse when taken out of the oven. Just a heads up in case you used a low sided dish.

I vote Polar (got an FT4). I did have a Mio Energy - quit working at the three month point and it was way more complicated than it needed to be. wouldn't get another...but would buy 10 FT4!

What about some above the waist cardio or exercising - even sitting in a chair. The Run Double C25k app has a pace improver in it...I think it's like $1.60 to buy C25k and then about that to buy the additional app. I don't know if you have to get the primary program first or not, but I know they have a 5k improver on it.

I use Franks on my chicken alot - that with a broccoli side is yummo...and often I am able to add a little cheese to the chicken. Pan fry it in a little bacon grease (only a little) Italian dressing marinade BBQ sauce eat it on a veggie pizza Thats just a few of my favorite things.

May I suggest, just go and enjoy yourself. It's one meal...don't eat until you are sick, but eat something that sounds yummy...Doesn't sound like a regular eatery for you, sounds like a special treat. Let it be that and get back to your regular food plan the next morning....

I would say that your first step it to talk to them. they may not be aware of the impact, but here's the thing - at this point all you are doing is assuming what they are thinking doing trying feeling...and we all know what assuming does to us and to others, right? Go talk to them. That will direct your next steps.
