You guys are all amazing! I can tell you, at my highest weight (213), I would come home from work and finally sit down it was such a relief! But then to get up, my feet hurt so bad I wanted to cry! 50lbs lighter, I'm still tired but my knees hips and feet don't hurt anymore ! To the OP - do it! It's worth the effort!

You're diary is private so we don't know what you're eating. But, ditch the low fat, low cal diet foods. Eat cheese, nuts, avocado, full fat yogurt .... You get the picture:flowerforyou:

I blame this on age. I have what I I not so lovingly call my witching hours. I regularily wake up between 1 and 2. Then stay that way for an hour or three :).

Ok so having babies isn't always pretty. I get that. But I wouldn't give it up for the world. Four kids and three pregnancies later, actually much later, they are the best thing ever. Will I ever have abs of steel? Not freeking likely! I love my kids! I accept my body! Ps... My husband loves my body! Many years later!

So....if you just joined on the 18th...that's 4 days. Not a lot of time. Adding exercise you haven't done before? Weighing and measuring everything ? If you are doing what was suggested, give it time.

Try looking at it another way. Proportionately. I was larger up top when I was 50 lbs heavier but, they stand out more now that my belly does stick out as far as they do:flowerforyou:

Ok, you are eating bananas, rice and Cheerios. Please! Eat a balanced diet, not diet as in weight loss, as in nutrition. You are young. You might think this is the way to go for a quick loss but, it will affect your health! You skin, you hair, your muscle. Add some protein,, maybe a veg or two.

Stopping your meds is not a solution. I don't know where you live buy here in Ontario it costs about $20 for a three month supply of eltroxin. If you are newly diagnosed it will take time to find the right dose. Hang in there!

I have recently started averaging 1500 net calories a day. Some more some less. MFP says I should lose half a pound a week. It's only been abou three weeks since I changed to this but I have lost 1 to 2 pounds each week.
