You look fabulous!!! Great work! You do hold your weight very well. I am 175 - 10 lbs down and you look way smaller than me. I am only 5'3 though. Keep up the good work! You should be so proud!!!!

Pretzel sticks, tuna, eggs, canned fruits/veggies (green beans, pineapple, pears, peaches), soups, club crackers (whole wheat). I'm a carb lover too, so it is hard. I just started this diet and I feel like I'm starving :(. Good luck to all!
