Thank you! My doctor put me on Phentermine which is helping me with my appetite. I had an appetite of a dinosoar before phentermine. It is helping me stick to my calories (1200-1300/day) and so far that is all I have been doing. I haven't been exercising yet because I am trying to let my body get used to the lower calorie…

You look absolutely amazing. I have about the same amount to lose that you have lost! Huge inspiration! I started at 214 lbs and am currently at 203 lbs. I am 5'3 and my ultimate goal is 145 lbs, but right now my short goal is 20 lbs. :) What is your height? Thanks and keep up the great work!

Thanks for your advise. I have done this diet before at 1200 cals./day and lost about 20 lbs in 2 months...I was very satisfied! Then my mother in law got married and I did some traveling and GAINED IN ALL BACK & MORE. :( I am currently 189 lbs at 5'4 and have a desk job.
