She is one tuff chick! That takes alot of dedication and will power. Even if this is not your goal body type, she deserves props for her hard work. I don't understand all the negativity? This is a place I come to for positive inspiration, not haters.

Yup with a spoon. I never got creative with it. The only thing I have ever added to it is pineapple. It may look nasty, but I actually like it.

That is so awesome! Don't beat yourself up over 1 lb. You LOST 60, that is fantastic! Tomorrow brings a new day and as long as your committed to this being a way of life you have nothing to stress over. Make sure that you weigh yourself in the morn. I am proud of you even though I don't know you. Keep it up. :smile:

Zumba is super fun! I don't go out to dance clubs like back in the day, so I enjoy my zumba class which is a great replacement without the cocktails.
