Here is the site I use: http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php You just enter in everything you actually use in the recipe and the amount, pick the # of servings be it 1 or 12 and voila!! total calorie count and nutritional info. Very useful. Hope this helps you.

The only things I hate about jeans these days are: they all are now stretchy and hold nothing in, the legs are never big enough for real women who actually have thighs and living in Canada it is very hard to find them long enough in the leg for anyone over 5"7"! ( although it is getting better)

I just worked out the calorie count for these recipes and WOW!!! I buy the Leanfit chocolate protein powder at Costco ( Canada) and mix it with water for 120 calories. I don't mind the taste or consistency and use water to keep my calories down.

I bloat and hold water after eating bread. :sad: I've cut my bread intake back to once a day and whole grains only. I still get bloated but......:heart: my breads!!

How many calories are you allowed in a day? I find it much easier to stay with in my calorie limit if I am being realistic in my weight loss goal. So 1/2 - 1 lb /wk and not 2lb/wk

I think it is sweeter than splenda. A few drops will work. It has zero calories and is all natural, extracted from a leaf. The taste is different from splenda BUT it is a better choice if you are worried about intaking too much splenda.

Liquid stevia is the best and if you like sweet flavored coffee it comes in a range of flavors. Chocolate, toffee, vanilla,raspberry, lemon (great in water)

Slowly decrease the amount you use on a weekly basis. Try 2.5 this week and 2 next week and so on. Have you tried Stevia?

One of my favorites is : sliced up beef or chicken stir fried in coconut oil with onions, peppers ( all colors) and zuchinni. I like to top with a dollop of full fat sour cream . yum
