Why are your calories set so low? Below 1000 on a non exercise day? Your body needs fuel to keep the fire going.

When I know where i'm going I usually go on line and look up the nutrition charts for that restaurant or fast food joint. Then I know what I can or cannot have based on calories left for the day and can see what has the most and least clories. I went for supper with a friend I hadn't seen for 20 years last night. Ordered a pasta dish and a beer. Got home and plugged in my food only to find out my little bowl of pasta with mushrooms and chicken was 1777 cals!!!! Shoot! I am eating a Boston Cream Donut as I type!! I do factor it in to my daily calories and just make sure i stay within my calorie limit. i'm all about NOT depriving myself. So if you know you need a treat every now and then , go for it. Just be honest and record it!
