Yes, it is tough but you are back at it! I am in the same boat. I gained about 10 pounds back and it has been a struggle losing. I started back a month ago and only lost 3 pounds:( but I am sticking to it because I know this works for me:)

@LizinLowell,that helps. I did figure no more alcohol and nuts! My first round of keto went so well, now getting back into it is going a bit differently. I know that I just have to be patient. I appreciate your advice:)

I'm in, I have been off mostly due to stress and have gained 12 pounds:( I would like to focus on logging daily and exercising 3x times a week.

@Sunny_Bunny_ ,I can relate to eating solid foods, I tend to over do it. I am currently doing a 16/8 fast as well. As for the coffee, perhaps, I should go to starbucks and purchase some coffee beans or is the coffee already grinded/grouded lol? How did you go about find a local roaster to buy from? lol @anglyn1, that was exactly my thought process this morning when I was told "anything over 15 calories breaks your fast!". I figure if it is not broke don't try and fix it. I have been doing it this way for past 2 months and I am still losing weight.

Interesting @anglyn1, I have been drinking my coffee with heavy whipping, torani, and one splenda for past almost 2 months! Then, I don't eat until 2 or 3pm. I did not know I was breaking my fast when I did this:(
