I like the slim fast shakes. I haven't tried any other. They seem to work fine with me, but I onl drink them once in a while.

I just bought mine. I'm waiting for it to be delivered they said it should be here by next Thursday, so I would like some friends that also use Total Gym - as I'm new to the thing - and might not know what I'm doing. :smiley:

We started one in my work as well, but to help motivate, we all put in 5 dollars and who ever lost the most won, the pot. But, then I moved away and I have to continue my plan on my own.

bump - this a very good topic. my mother was diagnosed with bipolar and depression i was a troubled teen so i was an inpatient - but i don't remember the diagnosis. i don't take meds - i don't have insurance - so no $$$ for psychiatric help

i eat between 6 and 7:45pm nothing after 8pm - except water. But I also don't go to sleep until 1 or 2am.
