I am new here, I began Feb. 6 and am hoping to lose 5 lbs by March 6.
I am not sure I know how to post, but I'm trying.
I began at 194 and on Monday I weighed 192 so I am down 2 lbs. Let's see:

Total weight lost for February: .8 pounds. I feel like I'm losing so sloooooow. I'm still shooting for 5-6 pounds this month. Today marks 30 days into my journey. I've lost 5.2 pounds total.

After being with this group for 8 months I know my weight loss is slowing as I get closer to goal but I'm staying just to keep myself accountable each week So if I only lose 2-3 pounds a month at this point I'm totally fine with it. I've changed my goals to a 1/2 a pound a week weight loss.0

A little blip in the wrong direction, annoying but my own fault. I'm slowly learning what food triggers binge habits and am avoiding buying it.
On a more positive note I now fit (or a too small for) all the clothes in my wardrobe, except for one dress which remain stubbornly tight over my hips. Had a clear out of the 'too big' and 'just don't suit me no matter what my size' clothes this wkend. Two carrier bags full for the charity shop.0
