I'm excited we are continuing to do this again for February. I had made a personal goal to be under 200lbs by Valentines Day but I wouldn't mind losing 5lbs for the entire month. Let's do this!

My weight is the same, but I wasn't expecting much loss this week; we were away for the weekend and there was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries yesterday that were calling my name. My success for the week was 6 days of excercise, alternating running and weight lifting so I'm feeling good.0 -
