  • I'm excited we are continuing to do this again for February. I had made a personal goal to be under 200lbs by Valentines Day but I wouldn't mind losing 5lbs for the entire month. Let's do this!

    My weight is the same, but I wasn't expecting much loss this week; we were away for the weekend and there was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries yesterday that were calling my name. My success for the week was 6 days of excercise, alternating running and weight lifting so I'm feeling good.

    I'm going to be more specific with my weight stats...I was just logging whole numbers initially.

    2/1: 179.8
    2/8: 179.2
    2/15: 178.0

    Calories burned: 3,407

    For some odd reason...I assumed losing the 5 in Feb. would be as simple as the weight I lost in Jan....NOT! Hope to do better next week!

  • I am new here, I began Feb. 6 and am hoping to lose 5 lbs by March 6.

    I am not sure I know how to post, but I'm trying.
    I began at 194 and on Monday I weighed 192 so I am down 2 lbs. Let's see:
