    I have been doing my life style change since Dec 18th! I have lost 33 pounds i lost 21 pounds in January!

    Thanks for doing this again this month, definitely kept me motivated in January

    SW: (Starting weight) 139.8
    CW: (Current weight) Got down to 134 in January but strangely I'm back up to 135.4 despite good nutrition and exercise, hoping it's water weight!
    GW: (Goal weight for the month) 129

    Wieght: 1/1/13 150
    Current wieght: 2/7/13 137.5
    10 lbs gone ,before 29 bday this sat feb 9th already lost 10 and then some change.:)
    2nd :Goal 5lbs this month
    3rd ultimate goal 105
    Im 4ft 10in.
    If I lose another five I will need new pants because mine will fall off. They are already getting lose.

    I have two daughters 19 months apart so this is all baby wieght that hast come off yet.

    Cant wait to see my size go down after 2 yrs and counting.
