  • I'm excited we are continuing to do this again for February. I had made a personal goal to be under 200lbs by Valentines Day but I wouldn't mind losing 5lbs for the entire month. Let's do this!

    Didn't do as well as I'd hoped this week but wasn't able to exercise for a couple days due to a minor medical procedure (Dr.'s orders) so I figured that might happen. Not going to stress about it and will do better the next week!
