I have just restarting using MyFitnessPal again. I never really used the community features before.

Total weight lost: I've been stuck in the 156-154 range since mid-December. I know it's because I'll do really well for the first 2/3s of the week, and then suddenly lose motivation and pig out. I'm trying really, really hard to break that habit, and I'm hoping this will help with that.

I just started the weight loss process again after several years. I did ww then and lost some but gained it back. I really love mfp and how it makes me think about what I am going to eat. I would love to lose 5 pounds this month. I think I would reward my self with a pair of shoes. As far as how I would lose the weight, I workout at the gym a lot usually on the treadmill. I might try some of the Zumba and swiming classes as well this month.0 -
