    I will be start doing more cardio. I do strength already 4 days a week at best. I will take less days off. I will continue to eat clean and healthy.

    Hey guys! January didn't turn out quite as well as I planned, but I did lose 3 lbs and have kept it off more or less! Now it's time to start fresh in February! My goal is only to lose 2-3 lbs, since it's the last few lbs to my goal and they WILL.NOT.BUDGE!

    This month is a biggie for me as at the end of it, I will turn 40. My original plan was to lose 15 in Jan & Feb as I am quitting smoking on 3/1 (the BIG day). I don't think I will realistically make the 15 but if I am close, I will be happy with it as it means that I have set good eating and exercise as habits that will move forward as I put the beat down on smokey.

    Dawn - this is a HUGE goal! This is so important for taking care of you. We are behind you all the way.

    So far I have lost 15 lbs, I'm half way to my goal!

    Losing 5lbs this month will get my to my goal weight!! Finding it really tricky to lose the last few and having NSVs but no budging on the scales!
