When I hit a total of 30 lbs lost then I will treat myself to something. I will be happy with a 5lb loss in Feb. I was on a roll and then Nov/Dec got off track not exercising regularly. While i'm glad I didn't gain i'm not thrilled that after doing well for so long I just stopped.0 -
