    I wanted to lose a total of 9 lbs. for February...not sure if I'm going to make it at this point, not unless I have some great numbers at the end...

    I am soooo late logging this but I did weigh myself for this last week. Here is my entry!

    When i lose 5 pounds im just going to work on losing 5 more and try on everthing in my closet that i couldnt fit last month. My husband gets back into the states off of deployment in 2 months I want his mouth to drop open and the drool roll out!! He has been away for a year.

    Total weight lost: So far I've lost 5.1 since I started this February blog! I've reached my goal but I'm still going to post my last week on here :)

    Just for fun: Next week on pay day, I'm going to get a pedicure and manicure :)

    I feel that this forum has really help to motivate me and I'm super excited for everyone else to lose weight along with me. This is my third update for the month, new weight update next week!

    Just for fun: sign up with a personal trainer to find out what i'm doing wrong

    I had minor surgery on Tuesday and just think it's water retention but it doesn't make me feel any better. I can't exercise yet, but I'm eating the calories 1350 (healthy foods measuring and recording everything) and drinking lots of water 2ltr a day.

    This is just frustrating. How accurate are the food listings?!? Do you use MFP or your own list?

    Well, there is no way that I ate enough to gain 3 pounds in a week, but this plateau has been SOOO hard to break! I'm upping my workout times, increasing my walk/run mileage and keeping up with my tracking. So if this keeps me at a plateau, where would my body be if I didn't try at all? Back to the beginning I guess. No thanks!

    Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? Get a new mani-pedi.

    I have been consistently doing Insantiy and have heard that a lot of people don't lose during the first month. I can see changes but the scale hasn't moved!
