When i lose 5 pounds im just going to work on losing 5 more and try on everthing in my closet that i couldnt fit last month. My husband gets back into the states off of deployment in 2 months I want his mouth to drop open and the drool roll out!! He has been away for a year.

So far so good this month. I have already met the minimum requirement and I still another week to go. I feel better everyday and I am looking forward to buying the new shoes I have earned by losing the 5 pounds. Hopefully I will do equally as well next week.

I had minor surgery on Tuesday and just think it's water retention but it doesn't make me feel any better. I can't exercise yet, but I'm eating the calories 1350 (healthy foods measuring and recording everything) and drinking lots of water 2ltr a day.
This is just frustrating. How accurate are the food listings?!? Do you use MFP or your own list?0 -

Well, there is no way that I ate enough to gain 3 pounds in a week, but this plateau has been SOOO hard to break! I'm upping my workout times, increasing my walk/run mileage and keeping up with my tracking. So if this keeps me at a plateau, where would my body be if I didn't try at all? Back to the beginning I guess. No thanks!
