Hiya thank you Im not taking any meds, I hate the way they make me feel.

I usually get up at 4am to exercise before everyone gets up and I get mum this and mum that!! lol!! If not I wait till my 5 year old goes to school having my breakfast at 6am so about 8.30 I work out my 1 year old is ready to go to bed for a nap then! So I workout x

Thank you! Yeh I was thinking that it would be 'in addition' to a more rounded workout. Maybe when I start my second round of Insanity Ill work it in with that. Im currently doing Insanity and 30 day shred, my butt needs kicking though!!

I think hes making excuses!! Weve all done it!! Hell I know I did/have/will !! Thats normal too. Its does hurt the first week, its meant to hurt otherwise theres no point if we were all at a level where it was easy then we mass awell not bother. :bigsmile:

Soreness is absolutely to be expected and quite normal, NO EXCUSES OP. Push play. It will pass, week 2 I didnt ache but this week I do but only because Ive brought in an additional workout. PUSH PLAY EVERY DAY ! I do mean every day!! Yes on your rest days do your cardio abs for an extra boost its 16 mins. GET IT DONE OP!!…

Hi I am on week 3 day 4 of Insanity, if you miss a day when its not a rest day just pick up from where you left off always, its the dvds that matter not the days of the week they are just a guide, you can always get through a dvd even if you have to go back to it, pause it take a break, or even just bring down your pace…

You need to work out for at least 30 minutes 5-6days a week to loose weight on 1200, I wouldnt suggest you dont go under this either. THE ANSWER IS NO!! DEFINITELY NOT!! ITS NOT JUST ABOUT YOUR CALORIE INTAKE WHAT ABOUT FAT AND CARBS ETC? Just because you remain within your calories makes no difference nutritionally a big mac isnt good, youd be better off eating the box!! Its a treat not a food group!!
