I actually just went through the same thing you are going through last week. I weighed myself and I was up 4.5 lbs but when I weighed myself agian this week I was right back down to what I was before!!! It will go away!

I completed this in Sept. and it seems hard but the more you do it the more you can't wait to run again even though every time it kicks your butt! I can't wait until it gets nice again here in Ohio so I can get out and run. DO THE PROGRAM! IT IS SOOOO WORTH IT!

DUDE! What do you do to burn that many calories in one day AND...is that a normal day for you??? That's awesome but crazy to me because i only burn 500 something at best and am proud of that! lol

lol I know yesterday at 9am I was craving doritios...it doesn't help the lady i sit by at work literally eats chips all day....different kinds throughout the day...so by the time lunch rolled around I said I am having some! lol This morning I want them again! sad sad sad...lol

i had braces/etc almost my whole childhood! The only thing i did was avoid really chewy candy, candy apples, corn on the cob (but i just took a knife and cut all the corn off the cob and ate it fresh anyway).
