Pants sizes
SO I have lost 13 lbs but i am stil wearing the same size pants and I have seen on here that some people loose a pants size by now....what experiences has everyone had?

I am hungry or not! sometimes my stomach feels like it is grumbly like its hungry but I just ate a couple of hours ago. I am assuming it is just digestion that I am feeling and I know it sounds stupid but I really can't tell sometimes!

Too many carbs not enough protein
Help what are some good breakfast and lunch ideas to up protien so i am full and dont' go home to binge on carbs in the evening (carbs meaning too much potatoes, pasta etc.) I dont' think i am eating enough during the day!

I weight I87 and am only supposed to be 1200 cals a day....how much should I be exercising a week? LIke how many caloies and how many sessions of cardio? I am trying to not give up and want to make sure i am exercising right. thanks!

I am now at 1200 calories a day at 187lbs and having a hard time adjusting....i eat a small breakfast because i know i tend to overeat in the evening....anyone else have a hard time getting used to calorie changes?

I haven't exercised this week at all yet because I have had bad cramps and a sore throat with congestion from allergies....I feel like such a loser but I don't think it would be beneficial to work out when i am so tired and not feeling well...i went to be at 8:30 twice this week! i should be ok if i get right back on it…

tiredness and back pain
I work out regularly but some days I notice that i feel like my body is dragging and I cannot do my usual activities? Any ideas why ?
