I work out regularly but some days I notice that i feel like my body is dragging and I cannot do my usual activities? Any ideas why ? Also, there a lots of times (kind of random) when my back hurts so bad after i work out that it hurts to move or roll over in bed etc. Are there certain stretchs I can do before working out to avoid this or any tips ??
PLEASE HELP! Thank you

It's hard to say what could be causing your back pain, especially at your age. Is there a certain exercise that seems to be causing it? do you have a regular doctor?

I used to get back pain, and my doctor recommended pilates to strengthen my core and lower back. It sure works. of course...not right away. Back pain can be caused by bad posture or incorrect use of equipment that can strain your muscles.

try yoga for your back.....maybe you need to build up muscle to withstand the strain applied when doing cardio. and then the instructor will give you some stretches for it too!

i have days when i feel tired and i did not even work out! i think that is just normal, make sure you are geeting enough protein before and after you exercise and enough sleep! sleep is good for anything/everything!!
