gotta get back into the groove

I haven't been on here for a few weeks...and I feel like such a tub o lard! loL I gotta get back into before I ruin the work I've done so far. I guess I just got stuck at the same weight for so long I got so tired and frustrated thinking about it...but i know I will hate myself more if get to 200 again!

    I have too have been having discipline and motivation issues lately. I came on this site and did great initially, but the last few weeks I haven't logged as much, nor exercised as much- and (SHOCKING!) the weight hasn't come off. The fact that I haven't gained is both a good and bad. I think if I had gained it would kick me in the *kitten* to get back on the program.

    We can do this!!

    Me too! I think it's the weather....we have had rain and snow here in beautiful Alberta Canada :tongue: Makes me wanna go back to bed :laugh:

    I don't think I have ran or pumped iron for almost 2.5 weeks.....*sigh* I suck! :sad:

    Lets get back to it!!!

    don't feel bad, i joined this in June and I haven't been on here for almost 2 months! but this week my training starts again. im back at college and i NEED to stop the snacking and lazyness.

    i need motivation too, maybe its just the dreary weather? anyone who has ideas to force us to go back the gym, that would be helpful! good luck, we can do this!

    is it the weather? I've kinda fallin off the wago9n too.. I haven't gained any weight, but I'm not being totally careful like I used to be. It's my sis! She's constantly wanting me to drink with her and she makes me feel bad if I don't drink with her.. grr!
