I LOVEEEE Ceasar Dressing.. and then I figured out how many calories were in it :noway: so I did a TON of searching for a good dressing... Bolthouse Farms, Yogurt Dressing (Parm. Ceasar) is wicked good... and only 80 calories... w/o all the artificial junk... :flowerforyou:

Make your own dressing + salad....the original is much better and nothing like the store boughten one.

    1 egg
    1 clove garlic / halved
    2 TBSP olive oil
    2 TBSP lemon juice
    few dashes worcestershire sauce
    dash bottled hot pepper sauce
    5 cups torn romaine
    1/2 cup croutons
    1/4 grated parmesan cheese
    dash pepper
(if you like.....2 oz of anchovy fillets)

Bring egg to room temp. Coddle egg (boil water, remove from heat, add egg in the shell to water and let sit for one minute). Remove and cool slightly.

Cut garlic clove in half and rub a wooden salad bowl with cut sides, then discard garlic. Add oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce to bowl. Break the coddled egg and whisk all together until creamy. Add lettuce, croutons, parm cheese and pepper. Toss. (Add anchovy if you like)
