Maybe go for some good, rich Green & Black's chocolate and a piece of cheese. Sometimes if I'm craving something salty, I go for some good cheese.0

I was just at Trader Joe's this morning and noticed for $1.99, my store had packages that contained 5 100 calorie servings of chocolate---there was milk chocolate and 70% dark.
Maybe a good quality chocolate that won't break the calorie bank will help you get thru the tough time.
I can empathize w/what you are going through. I no longer have these problems, but the solution was a laprascopic hysterectomy, done for other reasons. The lack of cravings was a nice side benefit.
Good Luck.0 -

There are lots of sweet tooth craving quenchers that are nutritious. It's just a culture thing that makes it so damn difficult to find. We have done marvelous in turning sweet foods into JUNK foods.0

I love the Emerald cocoa almonds, just a few more calories than regular ones and it's like eating a candy bar!0

I have discovered that dark chocolate (70%) does satisfy the cravings. Just try to keep it in small portions because the calories are high. But, I can eat less of the dark chocolate and be satisfied.0
