I NEED HELP BEFORE I GO CRAZY!

For the last three weeks I have been working out like crazy doing Spinning classes, kick boxing class, and X-treme workout, running on the treadmill and doing the elliptical and trying to throw in some strength training. I have been cuttign back on eating big time and not snacking and drinking more water and less diet pop. I HAVEN"T LOST ANYTHING! I am going crazy! I was doing great before Christmas and then I gained some weight whihc i lost about 3 lbs of it the first week of Jan and now nothing and I have stepped it up big time!! I decided I am going to strat tracking calories on here again but I dont' know what is going on!

HELP!!!

    are you eating enough???
    are you eating your exercise calories back?
    are you following the plan MFP set up for you or are you just working yourself out, eating the minimum and expecting the weight to fall off???
    cause that doesnt work.....you'd think it would but it doesnt....
  • Also, have you measured your BMI? You could be adding muscle while losing fat...and your weight is actually evening out.

    Watch your sodium and sugar intake; they cause water retention that make it hard to lose weight.

    Avoid eating late.

    Spread your workout throughout the day if time allows it. Instead of one lengthy workout, try twice a day or add a new workout. It keeps your metabolism going

    You are on the right track getting back to logging your calories! That is the only way you will find out if you are eatting too much, eatting the wrong stuff, or not eatting enough. Our bodies are funny things, if something is off with the nutritional balance and exercise it won't let go of what it already has. Get on track and you will see a difference.
