I haven't exercised this week at all yet because I have had bad cramps and a sore throat with congestion from allergies....I feel like such a loser but I don't think it would be beneficial to work out when i am so tired and not feeling well...i went to be at 8:30 twice this week! i should be ok if i get right back on it ....I hope....i just hate going this long with out working out

When you are really ill, your body is working hard to fight the bugs making feel bad, so don't feel bad about not being able to workout, you don't want to over work your body and end up getting sick more or again. Just as soon as you feel well get back to your workouts.
