I cook for my whole family. I seem to have a knack for it. Plus I don't fancy living on still frozen in the middle chips, nuggets and beans for the rest of my life...... The man cannot cook at all, which is fine, not everyone has the talent. What I object to is that he doesn't want to learn :s I'm happy at the moment to do…

Very entertaining recall! Do you have a blog?

Kinda what he said, but it is easier said then done. When you say no, you actually feel better, more powerful. But that is going to take some time-Until you have changed your lifestyle and got used to the healthy side of life. I don't know what to suggest apart from maybe start looking for a different job??? Either that or…

Saying that, I'm lucky enough to be a stay at home mum, but both my parents worked and I grew up on quick sausage egg and chips in the evenings........

Because we all work so much that we cannot be bothered to cook properly and all that is available are the quick fixes like cheese sarnies and crisps and coke, subway meals at lunch, ordering chinese in the evenings, putting sausage and chips in the oven, eating it and going to bed, waking up early, driving to work, sitting…

Noice! Erm, well, I don't want to ruin my laptop so I guess the fork is my only option (not sure an empty can of pepsi (MAX!!!) would do the job..... If someone can hold them off for 2 minutes though I can grab my bow from the cupboard....

I am going to start doing weights soon, BECAUSE....... I'm going to have a fair amount of saggy skin and I believe it helps tone it up... I may be wrong..... Also, muscle burns fat as most of us will know and it will sure help when the loss starts that dreadful plateau. xxx

Erm, excuse me for pointing this out, but I'm overweight and look after my 3 month old son. He's not in ANY danger...... Unless I sit on him. ;)

Thank you :) I actually fell asleep at 8.30pm, much to my partner's annoyance ;) I did enjoy it though. It's amazing how much more food you can eat if you just switch to the lower calorie version. I was told by a nurse that I don't need to count calories, just watch my fat intake. She is also trying to lose weight. She…

It's impossible to tell if the person above me is hot or not because I've never met them! People look different in pictures and I find smart people attractive. Anyway, I think my partner is the hottest, but I know a few people who would disagree! Are you 'hot', person above me? Maybe if you are, you should move to cooler…

Oh I have no guilt at all ;) This time round I am not doing all or nothing, I am eating what I want within reason and enjoying the fruit and veg! I had a problem with a type of bulimia 3 years ago due to stress so my mental state is insanely important. Thankfully I have a very lovely supportive partner that tells me off if…

That is amazing! Well done, you are an inspiration xxxxxxxx

Well these days a 3 course meal with champers is pigging out for me. I have a lot to lose so it's important for me to stay on track. I've been on and off diets all my life. I've never been a size 12. My friend went from a 24 to a 10 in a year. she has been a real inspiration to me.

And just to make you all sick, I've also lost a pound overnight! :D Just goes to show how much crap I was eating previously really.
-
I'm breastfeeding and I walked about 4 miles yesterday too....... My diary is open, should you care to take a look :)
-
Ah yes! I watched one with a guy that ate about 3 times as much I do did when I was piling on the pounds. Actually made me feel sick! Schadenfreuder! Watching programmes about people bigger than me, actually ups my self-esteem!

great post! I have often watched my friends eat and wish that what they ate filled me up! I have read a few pieces of literature on research into message from brain to stomach and vice versa. I am starting to wonder if it is true that larger people have interrupted messages suggesting they are NOT full or thirst and hunger…

Do you not think it's hard enough for those who LOVE their food and being pregnant with all the doctors telling them this. We have extra appointments, all sorts of complications and the worst of it all, people just thinking we're fat and not pregnant. Please don't start chastising on a website. Personally, I put on 5 stone…

I have terrible cravings for chocolate. Sometime I give into them, sometimes I will have a low cal hot choc which does the trick. I ALWAYS keep a bar of dark choc in my kitchen. 2 squares is intensely satisfying...mmmmm....chocolate...... oh dear. Belly is grumbling.....

Everybody is different I guess. My mother won't touch breakfast for the reason that so many of you don't. She is ravenous by 10am! Personally, I used to find I functioned the same way, but these days, I LOVE my morning porridge and fruit. Especially as I walk 2 miles with the pram before 8.30am! If I don't have my…

I was just about to say the same thing about TOM! I've been on a chocolate malfunction since Friday. Stoopid. Had to substitute other things and now I'm hungry. Grrrrrr xxx

don't give up! I would suggest upping the weights at the gym though. The more muscle you build, the more fat you burn. You may not lose weight quickly, but you should notice a change in body shape xxx

I don't regret anything I eat unless it makes me feel ill. I ate a giant chocolate bar last night. Cadbury's fruit and nut- The best chocolate in the world to you poor Americans who don't have it so readily available! BUT..... I hadn't had anywhere near my calorie intake anyway.... I say, Enjoy life and eat what you want.…

Dude. That's funny. :D

Hmmmm it's a tough one..... But I want to point something out. Women start planning their weddings when they are about 6 years old. It IS a big deal for them. Personally, I want to get married at midnight in the woods with only our 2 children present (obv 2 witnesses) and then bugger off to Australia! But I used to want a…

29yr old F ....got around 100 lbs to lose for my first goal. long way to go, but it's a lifestyle change, not a diet- I keep telling myself that....;) x

The important thing to do is forgive yourself. You are human. Just get back on it. We all do it. Jesus, I went down to a size 16, met my partner, put on 2 stone, then got pregnant and put on another 5 stone. I couldn't lose weight until I forgave myself and decided to make a change. I also started focusing on the…
