I have just set my macros to 40/30/30 and am trying to sort out a few days worth of food now hence the question. I thought I might have to resort to protein shakes. I did not really think about full fat cheese, peanut butter or nuts or avacados to be honest. Those things have been off my radar for a while now.

Ya know, this sprints thing has come up a couple of times now and my trainer does get me doing sprints and then lifting weights or carrying weights and moving them or throwing them while sprinting....could have something there too.

Have you tried walking without the insoles? I know if you go to a running store they can give some pretty expert advice on shoes and on your feet and insteps. I would probably give that a go before you end up giving yourself an injury. Hope this helps :)
