Feel free to add me!!! I am lower calorie (1000 net per day generally, doctor recommended) and some days I eat back my exercise calories. I log daily, eat fairly healthy, exercise regularly and I have lost about 18 pounds in the last 12 weeks approx.:smile:

I was in a HORRIBLE mood until I went to yoga this afternoon, it helps me focus, stretch, release tension, and regroup/refocus. Hi everyone, I was born in Grand Haven and I lived in Grand Rapids/Wyoming, Spring Lake and Grand Haven during my childhood. I moved to Lehigh Acres, Fl for a few years in my 20's and I moved back to GH for most of my 20's and part of my 30's. I now live in the Muskegon/Fruitport area.
