I make taco meat and put it on romaine lettuce for myself (taco salad minus the taco) and everyone else has burritos or tacos. There are also plenty of healthy meatloaf recipes on the internet.

I eat way less in the summer probably because I am outside in the grueling Florida heat everyday for workouts, lawn care, etc. Eating a heavy meal after being outside makes me sick. I have a similar problem in my home. I have my boyfriend hide his sweets. Out of sight, out of mind, however one time I spent 45 minutes looking for donuts he hid. I argee. When I work nights I am awake almost 24 hours sometimes and I find myself starving on 1200 cals. I just allow myself a little extra so I don't totally binge. I track my calories from midnight to midnight..just easier that way.

I like chives or salsa in mine. Also lemon zest. I got pretty creative when I was low carbing. ETA- and any leftovers in my fridge basically.

I reccommend getting your glucose checked because it can be a sign of a complication of diabetes..neuropathy. It is great that you lost the weight but that doesn't mean you didn't already have glucose issues. The test is super easy and most can be done in the office.

I had a similar problem with my toes going numb and when I told the chiropractor he pointed out that my shoes were too small. I had always worn an 8 but due to whatever reason I needed a bigger size. So, are your shoes too small? I would see a doctor and get your bp and glucose checked just to be safe. Good luck!

Are you dehydrated? Are you over-doing it? I would drink more fluids and increase your stretching. Tylenol/Ibuprofen is your friend. If you continue to have pain in these areas see a doctor to rule out other problems.

I like Natures Own Double FIber Wheat Bread. I THINK 13 carbs per slice and only 50 kcals. I also Like Arnolds Sandwich Thins 22 carbs and 100 kcals per roll. I am sure there are better options maybe at health food stores but where I shop those are the better choices.
