This is a good question. I just switched from jillian michaels 30 day shred to slim in 6. It uses resistance bands instead of weights where as Jillian uses weights. Hi, I am there with you as well. Remember your mindset has alot to do with what you do in your life. Measure yourself, think about how your clothes fit differently. I am the same way. Sounds just like me. I was so self conscious about my weight, whenever someone said the word fat, i assumed they were talking about me. I started at 223lbs now I am at 197. I am at that same point as well. I feel like what else can I possibly do. But then a few days later there is a major jump in my weight and then I feel much better. Dont forget also to measure yourself too, sometimes it isnt in the scale but could be felt in how your clothes feel. :):wink:

Everyone stated the obvious "remove junk food etc", you still have to treat yourself or you will wind up binging. But more importantly you need to address the emotional part of it. I am the same way.
