I am patiently waiting for mine to arrive. I plan on using the resistance bands. I just like the smoother movement I get with them. But my question is (since I really dont know what the program schedule is) How do I incorporate cardio into this new program? Any suggestions?

check out the group-eat more weigh less. you probably have to increase your calories to accomodate for the calories you are burning. sounds crazy but it does work good luck

Would you suggest combining both programs together on one at a time. For instance. Would you recommend doing the c25k in the morning before work and then in the evening doing some kind of strength training?

Congratulations....It is a great feeling to get rid of fat clothes. I am starting to accumulate a pile of that stuff myself. I have a new nsv. I noticed that when i drive I am too far away from the steering wheel and had to move the seat up, i realized it was because before my stomach was in the way. LOL. Yay.

I am the same way. By morning snack I blow away my sugar goal, just by eating fruit. It stresses me out everyday. But then again. I figured it could be worse if I was eating candy bars instead of apples, blueberries and bananas. I am interested to see other opinions on this.

i like yoplait plain, but i can not eat it alone, i add kashi go lean cereal and blueberries into it as well.
