I need some advice from you guys about what my exercise schedule should look like. I have been scattered with it, that is probably why my weight loss has stalled. I began at just walking, 20 mins 4-5 days a week. Then i stopped walking and was just doing my slim in 6 series by beachbody. They are hour long exercises to be done 6 days a week. I was loosing inches but not lbs and I am enjoying seeing the defination in my legs and arms. Because I was not loosing lbs, I stopped and just went back to walking. I was contemplating starting the couch to 5k program. Heard that is great.
Currently I have all the time in the world to fit in work out but in two weeks I go back to work full time. What type of exercise should I do?
I want to continue to be fit not just skinny, but I still have 55 lbs more to loose.
Sorry for the ranting long post, but I am confused. Help someone give me the magic answer. (jk I know that cant happen)

High Intensity Cardio (some of the C25K workouts kind of qualify as this) and a good amount of awesomely heavy weightlifting. I love New Rules of Lifting for Women but there are other out there that are great...look aruond and see which one fits your goals and wants.0

Would you suggest combining both programs together on one at a time. For instance. Would you recommend doing the c25k in the morning before work and then in the evening doing some kind of strength training?0
