It's only a little thing but its giving me a boost anyway...

I have been able to start to get some old cloths out the wardrobe that i had to put away when the squeeze became to much to handle..

Pants & jeans - i'm down 2 sizes
Shirts - down at least one size
I might never were them again but it feels good to know i'm back down to where i was about four years ago.
I still have the Suit i was married in 23 years ago and i think i'll continue until i fit into that as well. :love:

    Great NSV!!! Fitting into smaller sizes of clothes is an AMAZING feeling :) Glad you could feel it. Keep up the good work you're doing! :)

    Congratulations....It is a great feeling to get rid of fat clothes. I am starting to accumulate a pile of that stuff myself.

    I have a new nsv. I noticed that when i drive I am too far away from the steering wheel and had to move the seat up, i realized it was because before my stomach was in the way. LOL. Yay.
