Looking for Help, Toning inner/back of thighs.

I have been loosing alot of weight but I notice my main area that is needing some work is my inner and back of my thighs. I figure the best things for toning the loose skin and remaining weight would be primarily walking/running and leg press but I would like some input on what you thing would help the most.

You need to build up some/retain some muscle.. and while walking/running is great, you also need some strength.

Leg press is a good start, but also squats, lunges and deadlifts will help.

I've been working on those areas on the elliptical machine. Place your feet as close to a 45 degree angle as you are working out. It also help to trim the abs and tighten core muscles.

Well you can't "tone" loose skin. If you want to firm up the muscle underneath, hit the leg exercises heavy. Squats, leg presses, leg curls, lunges are a few that are proven leg conditioners.

    Great question, difficult answer.

This is one the the guy "problem areas". If you want to build muscle in order to fill the loose skin then hang with the body builders. The calf, bum, and back of thighs are the hardest to build and need specific exercises but these guys will show you how. Most other exercises only build the front of the thigh.
