or you can place those plain popcorn kernels in a paper bag, fold it a couple of times then place in the microwave. top aith the same things. much easier and faster

Greek yogurt is an acquired taste for me. I keep trying it, I can not eat it straight from the container. SO what I do is mix it was Kashi Go Lean cereal and blueberries. Kashi itself it loaded with protein. hope this idea helps you

dont feel bad, i still dont get it either, even when it is explained to me. I just need someone to figure it out for me and tell me how to set mfp to this. i keep trying and it doesnt seem correct.

just a quick note about spaghetti, cause I am there with you and the picky eaters. We have it once a week. I but the dreamfields pasta. it is low card pasta. it is awesome, worth the extra money (but not too much). you can get it in any supermarket

That is exactly what got me there too. I always was chubby , ok FAT. But starting to feel unhealty was the last straw. I am not getting younger so I needed to fix it.

so i just checked out this site you suggested. wow i am a bit freaked out by what it tells me to eat. 2000 calories. but i am at a plateau even when i increased to 1500 calories. I was at 1200 for so long, then increased my exerise to 5 days a week. all of this can be confusing

I was exactly the same way when I started incorporating more protein and excerise into my plan. But it worked it self out. I also started the shakeology drinks as well, and they really help the cravings big time. I love them

I know that thought of eating more is just absured. I mean isnt that how we got to be overwieght in the first place??? lets see if i can describe this correctly. using resistance bands or 5lb weights. stand with your knees slightly bent. Extend on arm straight up, reach the opposite arm behind your head and grasp the tricep with that hand. bend the weighted arm behind your head for 8 reps, repeat with the other side.
