Alrite! Will try my best. Wish me luck

Thanks for the insights! I think I will go to <100. <20 or <50 seems inapplicable for me, I love fruits and veggies!! Just wondering, if I stop doing low-carb, will all the weight come back?

I am living in Asia (Malaysia to be precised), so it's kind a hard to be a low carber. But I am up to the Challenge!! So, if anybody here is living in Asia, maybe we can share tips.

I , myself, think that it is quite a reasonable approach, but same as you, still dont have the courage to embrace it. The amount of c that need to be consumed just frightening me. I just want to know, anybody here have tried it? How was it? and how do you get that huge amount of calorie in your diary? I was just wondering…

I was in induction for 1 week last week and felt that it really doesn't work for me. I hate meat and dairy and love veggies/fruits too much. So I practically live on tuna can for one week. Now, I am increasing my carb to less than 100, by including fruits, much more veggies, and oatmeal. Do you think this is bad?

me too, if you want. :) today will be my 6th day on induction.

I am Moe, currently living in Asia, 22 years old. I think I have EDNOS, I restrict my intake. I am bouncing from wanting to be healthy and wanting to be thinner. I have lost around 22lbs cause of this. In need of support, I have most of the IMs, if you are interested.

love raw okra, always put it in my salad. Boiled one also tastes nice, just put in on your soup. :)
