To see the difference a year can make is amazing!!! Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the tips. I did it all in one fell swoop but now that I've done it for 3 weeks I could go back to 1500 and then up it again. I'm glad to hear at some point my body will realize I'm not starving it. My focus this week is to eat 90% of the calories to be really healthy. Maybe allow a cheat snack instead of a cheat…

I'm also struggling. Since upping the calories I've gained 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I know I haven't eaten that many calories. I keep thinking pretty soon my body is going to realize I'm not starving it any more and will allow me to lose more weight. It is really frustrating and disheartening in the meantime. This week, I'm…

I was thinking about taking a class in it when they are in the area. I've been struggling with Plantar Fascitis since november, and after seeing a sports medicine doctor, I am on no running or other standing exercises until I have no pain in my daily life. I keep thinking short term loss for long term gain. I can't wait to…

My goals for next week: Plan most meals out today and tomorrow. Incorporate swimming while recovering from PF. Eat a little lean protein with each meal.

I look at a picture of where I was at the beginning and where I am now. I did a split picture on photobucket. When I'm feeling the need to overeat, which lately has been on Easter Candy ;o), I look at that picture and realize I've come along way. I agree with thinking this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. Perhaps your…

Hi Lisa, You might try adjusting your weight on the fitbit site. It's averaging what your calories should be while resting. Yours may be a little high and then fitbit adjusts it automatically for you. HTH

yes, I did today and some yesterday. But tomorrow, I will be done with candy again. Have to put the monster back in the bag. Will continue with my no sweets until Sunday rule. Make is much easier to deal with for me my "sugar monster"

I've had the body bugg, and liked it but I LOVE the fitbit. It's small, hooks onto your bra, between your boobs. I've heard people leashing it but I've had no troubles keeping it on. It tracks everything that everyone has already stated, plus it updates your calories if you are above what MFP says you should be burning. So…

I'll share this with my friend. She loves granola on her yogurt. One of my favorites is using Kashi Go Lean!!!

I've been doing more cardio but decided I will add weight training into the mix. I have these DVD's and will be doing the weight training aspects of the program, phase 1 for the next month. Do you mostly do the weight lifting and other cardio or just do all of the CLX?

Good Job! I'm currently in a plateau too. I've upped the calories from last week. I gained this week but will give it a month to decide if it's working. I hope to get the results you are too. Keep up the good work!

I was wondering how many calories are you eating? I'm on a plateau currently, and decided last week that I've been eating too little. So I upped my calories to 1800 which is 350 then what I was. I've been listening to www.fat2fitradio.com to find the real numbers to what I should be eating. Take a listen to some of the…

Today was Cardio, so I did a little over 40 minutes on the stair climber. Burn 430.

Hi Becca, From what I"m reading about this subject, you will probably have a gain for a couple of weeks before you start losing again. I recently just upped mine and today is day that I weigh in. I've been listening to http://hadakishop.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=35_170&product_id=267 where they explain the…

That sounds really good. I'll have to try that.

Just did my first half marathon, running and honestly I prayed before I started that when I felt weak, God would get me through. I ran the entire time, and when I legs got heavy I would ask myself Lungs good? Since they were I just thought it's mind over matter. but my lungs/breath were good I thought, Mind over matter, I…
