I burned almost 2000 calories on Sunday, but I had to run 18 miles to do it .. so yeah, I would say the readings are a bit off.

congrats! I finished my 1st two years ago in 31:54. I finished one two weeks ago in 21:37 .. it's amazing how good it feels to continually get better! Keep on chuggin.

I'd like to know how in the world you ate out 3 times a day and had drinks and still averaged 1900 cals a day ... I can do that in one eat out meal easily ... salad heavy?

5' 7" .. 150 I average about 2800 a day to maintain, but I run 5 days a week normally 30-40 miles and I do strength training the other 2 days. When I was losing I was hitting about 2200-2400 a day.

once a week is probably best, I usually roll with Wednesday's, cuz sometimes I splurge on the weekends. Stress is not good for you so stay away from the scale .. if you can.

You need to net AT LEAST your BMR. Doing so you will definitely lose weight. If you don't net at least your BMR you are not properly nourishing your body. If you like them, eat them, there are worse things to spend 70 calories on. Personally I've found that the 1 egg to 3 egg white mix with some cheese and veggies and/or meat is the right choice for me .. health and taste wise.
