  • I just hauled out my balance board a couple weeks ago and rejoined MFP again this weekend, so while I am late to the "party" I would love to participate. I try to get 30 minutes in at least a day and am really enjoying Rhythm Boxing on the wii fit plus and like a pp said totally love the kung fu!
  • That does make it easier to figure out, at least approximately anyhow, referring to the Breastfeeding note in the Food Section(-20 calories). I never thought about it but will be looking for a method to guessimate what it would be for my needs. Good Question, I was wondering the same but hadn't quite got there
